Knowlegde workers are scarce. KBTS searches and recruits the top of the bill knowledge workers to join our clients.
We select based on University Degree or similar intelligence level and capabilities our candidates. Our selection process and procedure assures the impact of our candidates bring to organizations, driving change and performance as an example employer.
KBTS end to end support for relocation
We guide the whole process of relocation as our knowledge workers and assure a smooth landing within the EU and companies. The first year the knowledge worker joins KBTS payroll working for our customer. Hence assuring the fulfilment of all nescessary requirements; like visa and other paper work. Also housing, Dutch (or other) specific language and onboarding (' Inburgeren' ). The second year the new employee will join the customer on payroll.
KBTS intense coaching in the first year
In the first year the knowledge worker will be coached on all cultural, social and language aspects with a specific training on conversational Netherlands (if located in Netherlands) and English.
