Key responsibilities of our SAP Migration engineers and Solution Architects include: 

• Migration Planning: 

Defining the migration strategy, scope, and timeline, considering factors like data migration, system integration, and cloud infrastructure.? 

• Migration Execution: 

Managing the actual migration process, including data transfer, system configuration, and application deployment.? 

• Infrastructure Management: 

Setting up and configuring the cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring it meets the requirements of the migrated SAP systems.? 

• System Integration: 

Ensuring seamless integration between the migrated SAP systems and other cloud-based applications and services.? 

• Data Migration: 

Planning and executing the data migration process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition.? 

• Testing and Validation: 

Performing rigorous testing to validate the migrated systems and ensure their functionality and performance.? 

• Troubleshooting and Support: 

Providing technical support and resolving issues that may arise during the migration and post-migration phases.? 

• Documentation and Reporting: 

Maintaining comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including configurations, procedures, and lessons learned.? 

Must have skills and qualifications for Solution Architect and Engineers (Process, Migration, Test): 

• SAP Expertise: 

Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules.

• Cloud Computing: 

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS).? 

• Data Migration Tools: 

Proficiency in using tools like SAP Data Migration Cockpit, Rapid Data Migration (RDM), and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW).? 

• Database Knowledge: 

Understanding of database technologies like SAP HANA, and experience with database migration and optimization.? 

• Network and Infrastructure: 

Knowledge of network configurations, security protocols, and cloud infrastructure management.? 

• Problem-Solving and Communication: 

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and document migration processes.?

Solution architect Must have experience: 

• 10+ years in SAP,  

• Multiple end-to-end implementations experience 

• Driving the technology approach related to the SAP Rise or Grow program 

• Proven Data migration experiences for S4Hana 

• Proven experience with private, public and on prem implementation 

Engineering Must-Have Skills 

• 5+ years in S4Hana,  

• Proven data  and system migration experiences to S4Hana 

• Understanding the strategies for technology related to the SAP Rise or Grow program
